Hello again ..

Second time around was better. Our flight back from Malaysia to Sydney gave us the chance to get to know the city a little bit better. Instead of flying straight back home to Melbourne, we decided to give Sydney a second glance.

The last time we were there, we didn't get to explore the famous Opera House. This time however, my head was still reeling from deciding and choosing only few pictures to put up here from hundreds (no kidding..) of model and unmodel-like poses of Taufiq and Amirah at Opera House.

After 2 visits, Opera House, checked.. Darling Harbour, checked.. Bondi & Bronte Beach, checked.. Blue Mountain, checked .. 90% of CBD.. checked .. Most of the 'must visit Sydney' checklist almost completed. I'm not sure there will be a third visit to Sydney anytime soon. Maybe it's time for another Oz state. Tasmania perhaps :) ..

Wedding Day

The wedding reception in Pendang was on the 31st May 2008. The theme was green, so nasib baik jumpa jugak baju kenduri kaler green that ehem.. still fit my 'size'. Taufiq and papa Taufiq pun sempat shopping baju melayu hijau baru. (I guess that will be our baju raya theme tahun ni kot.) Amirah was more than happy to be the flower girl.. dapat pakai gaun kembang2... dapat make up cantik-cantik .. dapat jadik centre of attention. Somehow she reminded me of myself masa kecik-kecik dulu .. mana tak tumpah kuah kalau tak ke nasi ye.. :)

Alhamdulillah, the akad nikah ceremony runs smoothly.With one lafaz, my sis was officially isteri orang. Semoga perkahwinan diberkati Allah dan menjadi isteri solehah and rajin memasak :P.

Congratulations untuk Cik Puan Konot and Am di atas kelahiran baby baru semalam. Semoga mak and baby sihat. Balqis must be very excited! Walaupun tersasar sehari dari date yang diidamkan 06/07/08, tak kisah lah beb..janji semua selamat. Tapi 07/07/08 cun jugak apa :) ..

Cuti-cuti Malaysia

Hi, I'm back. Yeah ..there's lots of dust here. Definitely need some clean up to do. Maybe a new look.. a flashy makeover to the blog..hmm.. too ambitious..let's just focus on putting in some stuffs here first :)..

We were back in Malaysia last month for my sister's wedding. So spent most of our time at kampung, helping out with the preparations. Tapi sempatlah jugak jalan2 sikit. Dah sekali sekala balik Malaysia... bergambar pun mengalahkan tourist. Ini lah aksi2 terbaru Amirah and Taufiq. Buat pelepas rindu setelah err..hmmm... 4 months? :P
