Sajer jer nak cerita aku dah reti buat sushi .. i first thought sushi making was very difficult .. it turned out VERY simple.. macam masak nasik biasa jer .. cuma the rolling part was a bit tricky if you are first timer.. he..he.. berterabur nak gulung.. It took me a while, but practice makes perfect! .. But of course there are different types of sushi ..the easiest to make is a maki or roll... tu yang aku rasa senang kot..he..he.. sebab buat sushi yang level beginner .. :)
Usually i will put crab stick, avocado and cucumber .. Nak carik salmon pulak lepas ni ...
Both Amirah and Ihsan love sushi so much so memang rasa berbaloi buat. And if you've enjoyed eating sushi too, don't be put off by its food-as-art reputation - try making it yourself. All you need are the right ingredients and plenty of patience! Good luck.

Ni gambar Amirah dengan my own pieces of miniature edible artwork...I think ni second time buat kot ..Yang first tak sempat ambik gambar because everything was gobbled down long before the photographer gets set up :)
